Intellectual Property

All custom formulations developed during the prototyping phase remain the exclusive intellectual property of Elara Global Direct Shop LLC until a formal manufacturing agreement is executed and fully funded by the enterprise partner.

Clients retain all rights to their proprietary brand assets, including trademarks, logos, and corporate designs supplied to us for printing on physical product samples and retail-ready packaging.

Prototyping & Samples

Custom logo-printed samples are provided solely for evaluation purposes. These physical prototypes represent approximate color swatches and formulations, and are not authorized for immediate commercial retail distribution.
